Wick over wick formations are especially favorable when they line up (on a controlling anchor price line) with a previous flip formation (supply over demand) or strong rally-base-rally or drop-base-drop formations.

how do trade wick over wicks
@HeyMcFli Жыл бұрын
@@benjaminprymz7671 I like to spread a fib over it with just the 1, 0.5&0 coordinates on as a zone and use the 50% for entry and 0/1 for stop loss usually tightens my RR and if you don’t get in you didn’t lose money and can trade the next zone

My question is can the wick over wick be different size or have to be the same size? Great trading. Thx
@ChuckFulkerson11 ай бұрын
Great question.... Best probability is if wicks are the same size. Unbalanced versions seem to be less effective

Hi thank you so much....one small thing to get clarified, do we need to look for candlestick pattern at the entry point at W-O-W?
@ChuckFulkerson3 жыл бұрын
Typically the candlestick reversal pattern will make it a better opportunity
@nishadkaluarachchi70173 жыл бұрын
@@ChuckFulkerson Thanks, Chuck....Is that entry point becomes a significant price area (Round numbers) because of the tipping point as per the bell curve logic of 1st 16 % of market participants?

I've watched this video 3 times, very insightful! By the way, you haven't mentioned when you place your entry? at the b/o?
@ChuckFulkerson3 жыл бұрын
Entry is at the proximal line of a reversal provided that the zone scores high enough quality (first time touch, profit margin exists, big picture trend) and as a confirmation coming out of the zone with a lower score
@Neonmalibu Жыл бұрын
I went back and looked at this play on this day, and that point it interest zone did not hold. Price went straight down from the last candle on your chart. Price rallied at such a steep decline for a bounce so shallow, it's really no wonder why that demand area you point out did not hold.

@@ChuckFulkerson No disrespect please, but in the video, i thought u mentioned that you read this concept in simon sinek book that starts with y..00:07:38, try replay the video or were you referring diffusion of innovation concept sir?

@@oluwaseyiawe7586 the point I read about in the Simon sinek book was not a trading point but rather a point about the law of diffusion of innovation. Which really comes from the book start with why and also a book called crossing the chasm. Those are more specifically business books and not such trading books

if I am trading on the 1min timeframe, should i be looking at the 15min or 60min timeframe?
@ChuckFulkerson2 жыл бұрын
I personally don't think that there's any reason to look at time frames that small because when you are on time frames of that size you are really only competing against algorithms and computers. In my experience better probability comes with higher time frames as a trader, and the lowest I like to go is 15 minutes
