Whats funny but also sad is that if they never wrote that note to Martha, none of the musical would have happened. If Martha never got the note she wouldn't go to the party, so Veronica wouldn't end up leaving the Heathers, at least not right then. And sure, she would of most likely left sometime else in the year, they did a lot of shitty stuff to be mad about, but it wouldn't launch the dead girl walking scene.
