The story if you guys are wondering: So a girl named Aoko works at her job and she is very passionate about making good documents. However, while she is about to leave another girl switches out her document with her own worse document so that the boss will like her more and might promote her. But, Aoko catches her and is appalled by what she is doing, so in order to keep Aoko quiet the other lady turns her into a document. However, the ants are able to save her and instead turn the other girl into document.

The blue hair girl is named 青粉「あおこ」(Aoko) its a Japanese name meaning "Blue Powder" I think powder can also mean candy hence the "Candy..zip" thing so thats my interpretation on my knowledge on Japanese

I think her name's Kanji is 青子. Not 青粉. Or her name is only katakana, not kanji. Usually, we don't use "粉(powder)" for people's names. However, I like your idea.

Now lemme tell u the story Basically a girl named aoko do wonderful documents but the pink girl switched and stole them. Now the ants represents her friends (i think) Thats why when aoko caught her , the pink girl turned her into a candy (i think she got fired?) Then the ants helped her to tell the boss proof that it was aoko's documents Basically when the boss think that it tastes amazing ( i think it means that he watched her making documents while the pink girl is not there and the boss is promoting her) Then the pink girl got fired and her friends basically just talk sh' abt her (i think) Now im not sure if this is true but thats what im thinking
