Neha Didi,I'm ur new subscriber i'm watching u're videos from lst 2/3days.I'm in 12th std. due to some issues I was in depression from lst 2yrs.From lst mnth i was in major depression even sometimes i needed physcatric help.Now,i told to my family about my mental health.I hvr financial issues that's why i didn't consult to any physcatrist.But,now I wanna say thnks just bcz of u i'm slowly slowly healing from all those things.I'm again living with little bit hope,motivation.All thnks to u di that u're videos actually helped somebody to keep going in life.I lost my sister 7yrs back bcz of blood cancer but now i can say that u're my sstr,inspiration,guide etc etc..Keep growing di❤❤

I m doing great, I m in class 12th, and i have been a person who was always in panic and i believed that every thing happens just opposite of my plan......so i used to think negative in all the situation.... But when i found your channel i tried your strategies and started thanking god... Its just 40 days i have been doing this, and i can see the effect in my approach, i m calm , i accept things more easily, i feel happy and i have Little carefree, less worried in a good sense......
