Conor Benn was not suspended when he had those fights in USA, the National Anti Drugs Panel lifted his suspension & he was allowed to fight. BBBoC & UKAD appealed NADP decision & while that process was happening the BBBoC used a disrepute rule to block Benn from fighting in the UK. BBBoC & UKAD won the appeal, UKAD put Benn back under suspension.
