You can either train for long periods of time at lower intensity of you can train at very high intensirty for shorter periods. ONLY mayweather can do hard training for the longest periods of time. Its insane how long he could train for at a fast pace. Most all other boxers youll see take very often short breaks of rest between their training sessions. This is why mayweather never looked tired by the 12th round and every other fighter does.

There a lot of ignorant comments here. 1) Canelo or any other boxer is not scared of anyone. 2) The fights are decided by the promoters, Canelo's promoters (Golden Boy Promotions) have his best interest and thus will dictate who he fights regardless of what Canelo wishes. Promoters are looking out for a fighter's financial future and well being. So people need to stop saying stupid ignorant comments such as, "He's scared" and "this dude is duckin", be factual about your comments and think about what your saying. If you don't understand how the sport works in a business sense, even though I'm going to have to say the business side of it does suck for it does bring fights so late in the game in terms of what people want to see, but think about what your saying before commenting. Don't just be a fan of a sport or any other thing without using your head.
