@@yrollam3430 I can answer to your little angry try to make look all Anglos like big angryphones as we call those like you. I am a French Canadian from Quebec with more conservative values than most French Canadians today (but not more conservative than the generation before baby boomers), being a Traditional Catholic. My heritage & my culture, from my ancestors who arrived here in 1697 to me today, is who I am. I don’t agree with mass migration as unlike Trudeau, I don’t see Canada as a “post national” country. On that, most French Canadians will agree with me. Diluting who we are won’t make us stronger. Roots are important, whatever you are a protestant living in Alberta or someone like me here. Trudeau father like son are globalists who never loved their country. They sold us out. Anglos & Francos. Economically, socially etc. On top of that, that post Canada is a fake country… from the maple leaf to the Canadian anthem (who was btw a patriotic French Canadian catholic chant), all those were stolen from us to create that “post national” country. The left took over Quebec in the 60s. Those more “awake” know pretty well that it was done by the left to avoid a real Nationalistic movement to spread. This is why we never separated, because we had all the good reasons to do so, as being kept by force as a lower class in Canada was never acceptable. Today, reason to separate would be different even if the core reason is same. Rejecting that post national vision of a “country” is a pretty good reason. That being said, I don’t want to separate to live in a leftist paradise, Quebec becoming the most socialist/communist place in the world so fast… Most importantly, something angryphones like you never understood, because brainwashed by your angry medias, is that wanting to separate has nothing to do with not liking people of Canada. It has nothing to do with so called “hate”. It is all the opposite. We are different though. And there is nothing wrong there. Why do all the minorities have a right to exist and be preserved and not us? Just asking you…. Unfortunately you will hear about separatism again… Living in Montreal, I do get frustrated every day with first and second generation migrants (backed by Quebec anglos) imposing on me English while accusing us of “racism” & being Nazis lol. They come here, impose the rules of the Anglo majority and never integrate to our society. This migration is very different from past migration. It is different because worldwide, we are the ones welcoming the most migrants (Canada) per capita to a point where it is now unmanageable. Not one day passes without them trying to force me to speak English in the most arrogant way possible thinking we are ignorant dummies unable to speak English (what they learn from Quebec anglos and medias without knowing 1% of our history). I speak 4 languages + latin. This is more than wanting to preserve my culture. This is me answering to a vicious aggressive attack from invaders. Wanting to live in French is something that unite us all, left or right. And I am not alone living those frustrations in the last years, everyday more with that mass migration. We realize that people of Canada do not care about preserving their roots, something we will always disagree on. So whatever we like it or not, separatism will come back. As a trad catholic, I can only deplore that all will be done under freemasonic secular values. First thing the CAQ did here was to get rid of the cross at the National Assembly. This is not the Quebec I want. I don’t recognize it. Do I hate them? No. Do I hate you? No. I just don’t want to live in a post national Canada, neither a socialist Quebec. Stop reading your angry media about the separatist question if you want to comment about it. Go read Lionel Groulx after learning French and read about our history. Maybe you will understand the separatist movement and also what makes us different.

First she is an amazing human being, an inspiring woman. Her choice to adopt two kids with Down Syndrome, her being grateful for the joy they give her and for what she learns from them, her open heart and huge authentic smile, her personality, an absolutely beautiful person. Then her vocal talent, one of the very best I have seen over 10 to 15 years of watching The Voice USA, America Got Talent, Britain got Talent, France got Talent, Canada Got Talent, American Idol, and more. A pro, a performer, a big voice in service of the song and an ability to emote. Like other say, if she chooses the right songs in a crescendo or performances that can culminate to the best in the Finals, she might very well win this. It would be so great because you know that there is not an ounce of selfishness in this woman, she will simply provide a better life for her kids. Jeanik, I love you.

As someone who's into these types of singers, Quebec has produced a staggering amount of powerhouse singers over the years. Many don't speak English and quite a few decide to pursue careers in France and Europe instead of North America so they remain relatively unknown. Celine actually followed that path initially until her english was good enough to sing in it. If you want to hear more of these, I suggest searching on KZbin for Marie-Denise Pelletier, Lara Fabian, Marie Carmen, Ginette Reno to name just a handful of the better known. I'd say Ms. Fournier is built out of the same mould as Marie-Denise and Ginette (Ginette BTW is generally considered a stronger vocal talent than Céline to give you a point of reference). Search for Marie-Denise's a cappella rendition of "Tous les cris, les SOS", you'll be blown away. I don't know what they put in the water over there, but they just churn out musical talent like crazy.

Oh my gosh. She killed that song. She has a BIG voice that she could sing any song so beautiful. Like Howie said she is an angel. I am so glad I got to hear this amazing voice. She could duet with Celine on that song and I bet it will be phenomenal. She deserved that Golden Buzzer. She deserves to win. Great job!
@rae05212 жыл бұрын
I would NOT like to hear her "duet with Celine." Their voices are SO similar we wouldn't be able to distinguish one from the other. Celine made the same mistake when she sang a duet with Barbra Streisand. Neither singer, nor the song, worked for me that time.

I didn’t realize they were doing CGT again. Wow…what an amazing woman - a Palliative Care attendant who adopted two special needs children…and then she Blows The Roof Off at her Audition. I hope this is the beginning of many wonderful gifts for her and her family. Wicked pipes, and amazing courage. Felicitation !
