Great! I really love when I hear something positive about my country (Brazil) or my native language ( portuguese) . I've been learning english since 2016 ( I learned the basic at school, but for me , wasn't enough) So, I decided learn english by my own. I really aprecciate your australian accent Christian. I know probably I make a lot of grammar mistakes yet, but I'll never give up.

So far, it is the most honest and straightforward class out there about learning English I've ever watched. I'm from Korea and unlike most other indo-european launguages such as English, Deutsche or Espanol, Korean has unique grammar. In our language, verbs come at the end of the sentences and objectives are located before verbs. We seldom use I or We as subjects but unlike Espanol our verbs don't change forms according to subjects, etc. Thus it's extremely hard for us to learn English or other Indo-European languages. Therefore there are millions of absurd promises like we can make you fluent in English in 90 days sorta shits. But you made it clear that learning a language isn't illusion. It's practice and repeating, that's what I got right? Thank you so much. I'll keep watching your classes.

After i did start to learn english by myself I was able to see the world with other eyes and that changed my life. I've learned a very important thing You don't need to be a perfectionist you need to be able to express your ideas your desires. Then don't have fear of make some mistakes, cuz if you have, probably you'll never be able to achieve your goals. On the victory, enjoy it. On the fail, learn with your mistakes. I know that have some mistakes on my grammar but i'm improving it. Some months ago I've never would expect that i'd arrive at here.
