Canibus at his very best!! People always try and discredit Canibus's song writing and lyricism and it's why he never got the credit he deserved!! This song right here is a master piece!! Canibus being blackballed and his inconsistency over the years is what hurt him, however, his legendary quotables and battle lines are just that, legendary and whether people admit it or not, he inspired a lot of battle mc's that we see today because of the way he came out because no mc was spitting verses like he did back in the late 90s!! This song right here shows his complete lyricism and song writing that people had never heard before and this is definitely in the top 5 for greatest story telling poetic songs of all time. He gets a medal for this one. Put some respect on Canibus name, because he's never got the respect he deserved!!

Sometimes I feel like the stuff he’s saying is tongue twisters over and over that rhyme. I still can’t understand how he’s rhyming and speaking and changing the patterns, but in some tracks, it seems nothing he can write doesn’t flow. He can say any sentence in a certain way in his style and it somehow rhymes. Has Anybody explained his style? Because I still can’t figure it out.

Cassidy just did an interview with vlad and vlad asked who inspired him. Cass casually and quickly named a few of the greats but then he stopped for a moment and said "Canibus" and started talking about Canibus' lyrical ability for the rest of the entire answer to the question. I'm not gonna lie, I never knew that and also never thought I would hear Cassidy explain Canibus' greatness. Very dope moment.
