@@lightningsrt4707 That's not how it works. A drug is graded regardless of whether it's medicinal or not. Everything from heroin to tylenol is given an grade 1 through 5. If it has medicinal purposes it gets a lowered grade (higher number). Per the DEA's website: "Drugs, substances, and certain chemicals used to make drugs are classified into five (5) distinct categories or schedules depending upon the drug’s acceptable medical use and the drug’s abuse or dependency potential."

Schedule lll is still a controlled substance, requiring a prescription from a physician. However, if this goes through, financial institutions will be allowed to transact with licensed growers and sellers, so it'll be interesting to see which banks jump on that, but as far as the cannabis stocks themselves go, this is probably just another short-lived pump.

Precisely stocks arent popin, most if any made minute gains, and due to changes in laws despenseries only a handful have luckily found sucess, aside from that like any thing else if a big company can't controll it and mass produce it it'll be regulated till it looses its value different laws everywhere; edibles, creams are very pricey even through the insurance/medical route better off finding a source which seems to be the cheapest route.
