裡面滿多工序應該是可以更進一步自動化，例如中間裝填魚塊到罐頭的工序，或是前面把切割過的魚片依序放入機器中，只是因為食品加工本身利潤就低，舊有或簡易的機械就可以生產，廠商不見得樂於建置自動化的產線。不過這樣的確也是創造就業，直到哪一天不再有足夠的廉價勞動力，工資開始上漲，企業才有可能開始建置新的生產線。

台灣食品工廠的機器 真的要改進 ... 去看韓國食品工廠的機械 幾乎很少會有這麼多鏽斑 還有黑油鍊條顯露在外 就算是不接觸食品的運作部位 也是如此 要加油啊

日本では鱧は関西では高級魚ですね。特に京都・大阪でよく食べられていますが関東の首都圏ではなじみがない魚です。 鱧の缶詰は日本には有りません。缶の包装、デザインを綺麗にすれば日本で売れると思います。

Hello folks, Forgive me for expressing my opinion. When comes to freshwater eels, my eyes get bigger, my tastebuds get excited and my my impatience gets tested. The rice, shitake mushrooms and the eel - I give a astounding yum-yummy-yum but alas, I cannot give those eggs a culinary pass mark. PS. I love the production and intend to make a deliberate effort to buy this product by the box because I am too old to walk the inland streams to catch our native eels in New Zealand where many of the younger generations, mine included, lack adventure I was fed as a youngster of five when I gagged my first eel. Thankyou - Great grandad!

Sorry that was meant to be gaffed. My grandad taught me to gaff. Firstly, lash a medium to large hook onto a whittled dry stick to fit into your palm. Then with this gaff you feel along the submerged bank for holes where the eels are sleeping, hook the prize in the head then pull hard and fast, then swing him high and slap mr eel on the water to stun him or flick him, gaff and all onto the bank for the bagboy to secure the prize for an ultimate dinner. It's good to see that, whatever country it is, the requirement for food safety and hygiene in factories is of the same strict and high standard. I used to work in food factories here in the UK, so seeing the Personal Protective Equipment, and the had washing and sanitisation regimen was something I'm very familiar with!

That is a lot of eel I wonder where these one come I do know there is river and ocean eel they even have a festival of it local really do like it. the only kind I have seen is baby eel in a can that was my first time trying it from a cafe grocery store were I used to live 😃👍❤
