And I actually thought I liked this band..... Now I find them too repetitive. Listen to Opeth, they are much more technical. Cannibal Corpse tries to be as brutal as they can but that takes away their musicianship. All their songs sound the same. Same 4/4 drumming, same vocals, similar guitar riffs, and the bass is inaudible. Generic death metal band. Generic = boring but there's nothing special or amazing to offer, after a few songs you easily get bored.
