Loved watching this. When I was little my mom melted wax and put it on top to seal the jelly and I would take a tooth pick and pop the bubbles. We didn't water bath them. Good memories spending time with my mom.

Heather! Fifty years of canning here. Please get a tool for stirring boiling jelly. I have been burned by boiling jelly/jam before. I have taken to using a long handled tool as well as an oven mitt to protect my hand. Your canning methods are so spot on! Thank you for your canning videos.

It was great following along with you while you made this. The jelly color is beautiful. Thanks to you introducing the Presto digital pressure canner, I have made 20 pints of chicken breasts when they are on sale for $1.99 a pound. I really felt good about myself to have accomplished that. I was too nervous to pressure can for a long time, but after watching you, I bought one to try. This canner is a great size for me. I have canned using hot water bath method for pickles, beans, tomatoes, jams and jellys, but never meat, chicken requiring pressure. Thank you.

This is incredible! Your grape jelly is the first jelly I've ever made that set up properly!! I did sure Sure Gel, and had much better results than using Ball brand pectin. I love the tip of adding a bit of the sugar to the pectin. My husband loves your grape jelly recipe and I can't wait to make this one, too! Thank you for sharing.

I bought a presto pressure cooker, but our stove is a glass top and I have conflicting information on whether I should use it or not. So I think the electric water bath canner is something I should invest in. Keep smiling, girl, it suits you. 🩵
