I've canned meat, but, never bacon, looks easy enough. I have one question, are you dry packing your bacon, I didn't see broth or water added. Please let me know. I'm extremely interested in doing bacon. Another question, when you take it out of the jar are you just browning your meat to serve....Look forward to hearing from you. Thank you for sharing

Hi my mum used her pressure cooker a lot.......we didnt can anything.....our lives are diff. Mum cooked potatoes and veg, meat etc.....made great stews......and steamed suet puddings.......I am enjoying your videos.. Well done.
