Your videos are clear, concise and chock full of tips that will prevent the little stumbling blocks a newbie could run across. I especially like the tip about not tilting the jars as you remove them from the water bath and making sure the rims don't have oil from your fingers on them..

I'm trying hard to remember some people are just starting out in their canning adventures. I hope I never fail to teach even the beginner how to can foods. It's so important to be safe. Thank you for the support!!!!!! xoxoxo, Lisa

Looks so delicious but I think you have it backwards..Jam has the pulp & seeds while jelly is made with just the juice.

Love the video Lisa! I've been wanting to learn how to make my Blackberry Jam/jelly without pectin! After seeing this I'm feeling confident enough to finally do it! I love using less sugar too! Thanks👍🏼

It took me awile to learn it doesn't have to have all the added stuff. And if your jam doesn't set you get syrup. Can that ever be a bad thing? Thanks for the support, Luanna.

+Lisa'sWorld I've always used low to no sugar recipe pectin and it's never not set up...must be lucky! Lol Can't wait to try this method. I'm still harvesting my berries, it's been a spectacular year for berries here in MI and it doesn't get better than that in my book :)

I love your video's but I believe that you got the jam/jelly thing backward. Jelly is made using only the fruit juice without any of the seeds/pulp which jam includes.

What kind of sugar did you use? Can I use stevia as an alternative to sugar?

Would the process for frozen berries be the same?

Okay so I'm confused. I understand that jelly is without seeds and pulp. Jam is with the seeds and pulp...reversed of what you said. Many others say the same thing to what you said but I googled it and it states jelly is seedless. What's the deal?
