What a beautiful product of your labor of love ... planting, harvesting & processing. I love how you think out of the box, where a lot of people don't ... most give extra veggies away or throw them away, but you find ways to process & make uses for other meals. While I was watching I was thinking about all the different meals I could make from that and that most of the ingredients you grew yourself. Bev ... you think we could clone your brain, I need one like you have. LOL Thanks for sharing, I sure enjoy your videos.

It was so nice to get to hang out in the kitchen with you on your lives as you filmed this huge project, Bev. I was really looking forward to this video and it does not disappoint. No zucchini from the garden for me this year but I could do a small batch this with my Tromboncino's. And here I swore I was done canning tomatoes this year, hahaha. Guess the remainder won't all be getting dehydrated after all. Thank you for doing all the extra work to film this project and share it with us for inspiration, Bev.

Our Dearest Mrs. Volfie. I always, always, always love to hear you explain how to do all the different steps of canning, from preparing to start to get your supplies ready to it's completions. For that one person that is watching how to pressure can and food process for the first time. I was wondering that since the major ingredient in this is tomatoes, do you add lemon juice or citric acid? LIke one would do when canning just tomatoes. Just curious God Bless
@lifewiththevolfies Жыл бұрын
No citric acid because it's being pressure canned

Wow that’s really really impressive! Good gravy 28 quarts! Have you ever included carrots in that? I just did 29 pints of carrots, lots of peeling chopping sat. I did zucchini tomatoes and they siphoned a bit. Very impressed with your medley, have to try it thanks!

@@lifewiththevolfies Hey, I'm not sure if you saw my text but Lisa at Suttons Days had a 25 lb. bag of deer carrots she said came from Canada she got for $5. It sounds like they are sending your carrots down to the states. I don't know why this is...more games I guess. 😥

People don’t realize when they put stuff that’s 1 jar for 28 weeks. If you were to put it back for a full year you need 24 more. And ya added it with pasta that’s probably 2 servings per Quart.
