I fill a little mini sugar cookie cup, made in a mini muffin pan, with lemon jelly and them top with a raspberry. So good.

I really thought this was gonna make more than it did. lol I should have known to double it!! Also, maybe I used the wrong size jars. Did you use pints or half pints?
