I recently bought some pickled green beans at the store because I had a decent coupon and they were on sale so I figured id try them. Nice addition to salads. Been tempted to deep fri some because I've had fried green beans but I don't think they were pickled. ✌️🇺🇸

Hmm, that's an interesting idea. I think people do deep-fried pickles (cucumbers), so I don't know why pickled green beans wouldn't work.

One thing I started doing "Tightening the jar band immediately after pulling from the canner." It's surprising how loose they can get. Rarely does any jar not seal. Cheers!
