Love your southern accent….I honestly need a translator sometimes. The jam looks wonderful. Wish I could eat some…my old body can’t handle sweets anymore, but I used to make jam every year when fruit was in season. Gave it away for Christmas…your jam would make a wonderful gift.

Yummy. That looks so good! I've got ALOT of carrots I need to do something with. What were you saying at the very end about a water bath? You lost me at that step. I've never canned anything, I remember my momma doing it, ❤❤though.

I made this a couple weeks ago and I didn't care for it 😔. To me it was way too sweet and tasted nothing like carrot cake. I did make the zucchini bread one also and love that one.❤
