In the olden days, the natives used to use the hooligans for candles, and they would like the tail and bend them down, and they would call them candlefish

Your bread looks beautiful and so much easier to make than other I have seen. They make it longer process of handling the dough. Tried sourdough once and gave up.The fish and dipping oil looks good too. You have two beautiful children.

Just a little info, I would double check on wiping tops of jars with vinegar, the acid will eat away at rubber on the flats and you may lose some. Everything looks great!

I think I may love garlic more than most. Many years ago our local store sold roasted garlic cloves in olive oil , I would buy good French bread and eat garlic sandwiches. I was addicted until my Mom told me I smelled like garlic, sadly for the love of my husband I gave them up cold turkey .
