Loved your Christmas Video! It’s just our husband and I now but we always had traditions when the children were growing up. We did the same thing every Christmas even when we trimmed the tree we did a tree trimming party. Christmas morning my husband would read the Christmas Story from the Bible and we all held a candle and then sang silent night and blew the candles out. Then the children opened thier gifts. I made an Egg Strata, fruit salad, either coffee cake or I made Cinnamon Buns, Orange Juice and we had coffee. Then let them play with all thier gifts. Sometimes we went to my brothers house and we took food but most of the time I cooked a Christmas Dinner. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year 🎆 💚❤️

Christmas morning we make scrambled eggs with smoked salmon slices on toast…. Then mid morning we move onto soft goat cheese (lactose intolerant and goat or sheep cheese is GOOD) cured salami and prosciutto with crackers while we prepare dinner which we traditionally do is prime rib rubbed with English mustard (I’m English lol) then a healthy grind of black pepper so it crusts up perfectly ❤ Leftovers are sliced thin on Boxing Day with fresh bread and an jus xxxxxxxx

I love your Christmas traditions .I also love the way you tell Harrison what a great job he does it encourages him to help and feel good about himself. The both of you are so good parenting your kids.Blake you are right a pregnant thing eating Elf spaghetti. Love the homemade hot chocolate.

So far the only tradition we have is that daddy and the kids get the tree while mama stays home and makes cookies and hot chocolate for when they come home. 😊 I want to do more but we both come from families who didn't celebrate or did nothing but a few gifts for Christmas so its taken us time to sort out what fits our family.

It was nice of you to share your house to ours Holiday traditions. The real tradition I had was church mass after dinner growing up and seeing how drunk one of my parents or both got. Christmas morning unwrapping half wrapped gifts to the smell of cigarettes and booze. Crappy childhood. Went to my grandmothers for 6 years of my Christmas’. Now we are in Florida, all friends and family are in NY. You have a Happy New Year!🎆

Just curious….do you not have the flat paddle mixing attachment for the mixer? It would mix it together more efficiently and smoother. The hook you are using is meant to be used to knead the bread after you have mixed it together. It makes amazing bread if mixed that way. I have a couple disabilities and thru trial and error my Kitchen Aid allows me to make some amazing bread, and all my Christmas baking again. My son was so excited when I finally figured it out. I used to do massive baking at Christmas and all my people would get huge trays of baking. That was my main tradition.
