We'll show you how to can tomatoes using a water bath canner, mason jars, wide mouth lids, and wide mouth rings. We do not use Tattler lids. We prefer the traditional simple lid / ring combo. We also use a very simple recipe with no seasonings so those decision can be made later during cooking, making them useful in any number of recipes.
