Canning Tomatoes - To-The-Point

This video shows how to can tomatoes. Tomatoes are one of the easiest vegetables to can. Due to their high acidity, the water bath method is preferred. With the proper equipment, anyone can do this. Fresh canned tomatoes are excellent in winter, soups, stews, and chili. Enjoy!
