the 3 oracle thing is because each trap on a mineral line does 400 minerals worth of damage, if you just park them in back of a zerg's base the full game value is probably sleeper op. you dont need to sacrifice ur oracles to kill drones

It's simply a dumbly designed unit, just like the baneling and widow mine. They require a disproportionate amount of skill to play against compared to playing with.

That shit makes me wonder. What unit in protoss arsenal hard counters vipers and ghosts? Definitely not weed templar: they have less range than either. What else? Disruptors? Not since novas were nerfed: now, it's always enough time to just kill the dinky disruptor before the nova detonates. You can overwhelm them with gateway stuff, sure, but I'm talking about hard counters here.

I find I have that problem playing as zerg when the T shells up with planetaries turrets libs and ghosts. They just scan and snipe. I can't get anywhere near them it ends up with me having half the map them having half of it and they never leave.

Not sure what you're talking about. HT are a hard counter to Vipers, Feedback does have more range than Abduct. Disruptors do counter late game Terran Bio with Ghost support - Novas were not nerfed to the point where Terran doesn't have to still rely on a high Liberator count in the late game, which they still do.

@@hivetech4903 Disruptors absolutely do not counter terran bio. They can ward away the terran army for a while but Medivacs exist and can easily slurp up bio away from novas.

@@hivetech4903 I wouldnt say hard counter, as with viper superior speed and flying, its alwys a dance, but they are a valid counter. Disruptors in late game - it depends really. Sometimes they look good, sometimes tottaly useless. Against top terrans novas work mostly as a zoning tool, which can be really good, but you dont see massive shots all that often.

Feedback has noticeably more range than any spell in the Zerg arsenal, so the counter actually _is_ the HT.

Watching a hero marine vs maxpax game, heromarine was swept but it seesm hero marine is stuck in doing the same tactics against protoss which fails.. and maxpax has his number... but hten terran is staying on three pushing poorly and not really brining out and punishing maxes 3 bass opens.. etc.. An interesting less used strategy, is you go marine maruader bio like usual with a couple tanks and use hte medivacs. However, you build about 10-15 tanks in total... permitting you are winning ,and its a tank ambush attakc where you keep the majority of htem hidden ot be used by your medivacs.. this can the nbe used ot isolate and cut of the protoss retreat and more.. assault a base ot devastating means, completely oblierating much of it, casual coutner would be phoenixes and some other things ,but typically a mass tank influx during a mech, or bio ball into that sort of drop can thor w your opponent off, far to many tanks all of a sudenllike seeing onyl a battle cruiser adn then suddenly in teh time ti takes ot make one there is .. 15... throws yah off.
