This is insane. The condo President has a ring doorbell camera but is writing her up for having one. Easy fix. Contact the owners of the building. Tell them that you will charge them $500 a day for each day (or portion thereof) the leak is not repaired. Applied retroactively to the day it was reported. They'll okay that camera with a quickness AND repair the leak if you 'settle' for $1000.
