I figured the flying snake dive on Ride to Happiness had to rank super high. I haven't ridden it but it looks like the ultimate inversion. From the POVs it looks extremely disorienting and very hard to understand what's going on. I was initially taken a back that you gave Schwarzkopf loops an honorable mention. But I was pleased to see you include the double loops on the list. Those are fantastic. I love Schwarzkopf loops. My first ever inversion was Revolution at Magic Mountain. I find the strong positive g forces to be really cool. I have 3 favorite inversions for different reasons. 1: the interlocking loops on Loch Ness Monster, BGW. It may just be 2 average vertical loops, but the view is amazing on and off the ride. Sometimes, you even get 2 trains going through at once! Looking up during that is insanely disorienting, especially when there is another train in the loop. 2: the Bernal roll drop on Storm Chaser (my first and only RMC at time of writing). You did a pretty good job describing it in the video. My dad was not expecting it, and he was very surprised. 3: Griffin’s first inversion. Decent hang time, and an insanely high inversion. The only other coasters with that inversion on rcdb are RMCs (Joker, Twisted Cyclone, and Untamed) and no matter which of their inversions is being labeled the "step-up underflip" none of them have an inversion that's similar to the one on Ride to Happiness. I think the step-up underflip is referring to the first inversion on Joker and Twisted Cyclone, which is like an incomplete barrel roll while rising; that could sorta compare to the beginning of Ride to Happiness' inversion but it doesn't encompass the rest of the element so it doesn't seem to really apply.

I havent been on most of these coasters. but I just knew that the flying snake dive would be the nr 1. its by far the most INSANE element I have experienced on any coaster. it was different every time you went trough it. while spinning backwards it is just insane. for a few seconds you just dont know where you are. and come out of it completely disoriented.
@CanobieCoaster3 жыл бұрын
I knew it would be crazy on Ride to Happiness after riding Storm Runner's.

What about Nemesis at Alton Towers? The first bit is awesome.

The first corkscrew is good, not great. I adore how that ride gets better as it goes!

@@CanobieCoaster I recon the first inversion is the best. It builds up Good speed heading into it and it really does feel like its heading off the track as it spins. Rode it on Wednesday front row and it felt really fast..not sure why I've ridden it probably 30 times in total it must of been the heat.

What do you think about the zero G roll on Batman the Ride at Six Flags Great America and the zero G roll on Dragon Khan at PortAventura?
@CanobieCoaster Жыл бұрын
Both are very whippy.

U can see why velocicoaster is so perfect with all of its inversions being in the list this coaster is buts and my no.1 by far way ahead of my no.2 which is mako at seaworld

Velocicoaster is one of my favorites.

I've experienced 27 of the 50 on this list. For me the Mosasaurus roll is the top inversion. I think Velocicoaster has the best set of inversion of any coaster I've ridden. After the Mosasaurus roll some of my other favorites are: The Stall on Goliath at SFGA. I prefer this one to Joker's. The pretzel loop on Tatsu The batwing on Montu The batwing on Afterburn Lagoon Roll on Cannibal
@CanobieCoaster3 жыл бұрын
Taiga is similar to Velocicoaster in that regard as well.

I know no one is gonna talk about this or care, but I really liked Vortex's batwing at Kings Island. Rip. Also Firehawk was super intense and had great inversions as well

My top 5: 1. Maxx Force’s heart line roll 2. Steel Vengeance’s first zero-g roll 3. X-Flight’s in-line twist 4. Thunderbird’s in-line twist 5. Mr. Freeze’s inverted top hat

I think my favorite inversion on Steel Vengeance may be that second one, but the first is great too.

Which zero G roll do you like more, the zero G roll on Wildfire at SIlver Dollar City, the zero G roll on Montu at Busch Gardens Tampa, or the zero G roll on Dragon Khan at PortAventura? Why?
@CanobieCoaster Жыл бұрын
Wildfire doesn't have a zero-G roll. I like the one on Dragon Khan a bit more since it feels more rapid.

Goliath SFGam Dive/Stall should be counted as one like your other multi inversions as they happen so closely together.
