Canoe Mod: Gear Loops

I add some inexpensive modifications to the canoe, drawing inspiration from Ray Goodwin's channel. They've worked pretty well so far! This was very easy to construct. In hindsight, I'd make all the loops an inch bigger. It's nice that they're out of the way, but some of them are a little hard to use.
