Love the video but one critique. It’s an underrated lens. Neither the 24mm focal length nor its roughly 35mm ff equivalent are underrated. People love both of those focal lengths and use them quite a bit.

Oh I don't doubt that all, but I was saying most conversations I see being had are about 35mm or 28mm for street photography. I know people shoot with every focal length and enjoy them for different reasons, because of the subjects they shoot. Also, unfortunately, KZbin makes you name things somewhat as click bait or else you get hidden in the algorithm. It's a sad truth. Hope you enjoyed the photos at least!

Those P3200 shots look great. I bought 2 rebel G's that were taped together at goodwill for $15. They've got all you need. The cameras that is.

This is great! The evening light was so good and came through really well. I'll admit to also having a few rolls of (probably very) expired P3200 that I haven't touched. As someone who also doesn't really photograph events or crowds, it be worth running through at an upcoming music festival for fun.

I think that be a really rad way to use that film stock. I think it's a unique way to capture people, because it's so grainy that its not really what I would use for portraits, but its great for low light documentary photography. I was honestly thinking about using it at the Washington State Fair this year, but this event happened to come before the fair.

Nice work, 24mm is great! you can get some very different shots that stand out from the crowd. I love my EF24mm 1.4L and can use it with EOS film and digital bodies, it's a big lump to carry though so I am thinking of getting the 2.8 for everyday shots

I honestly was looking at that L lens for a hot minute, but I decide not to get it because I was cheap, hahaha. That being said I did just spend some money on another EF lens, so keep an eye out for whenever that video may drop. I have to receive the lens before I start filming though...

Great stuff! Gold was an inspired choice for the day shots (and I love the way it renders the brick in the Pioneer Square area around the stadium). I've slept on 24mm, usually opting for ultra-wide, standard, or tele, but this makes me want to try it out.

I love an ultra wide too, but it's nice having a prime wide lens for an everyday carry camera. The Rebel G is my personal point and shoot camera. I prefer it over any other point and shoot I've ever used. It's lightweight and fully automatic, but I can adjust every part of my exposure when I want to. It's perfect.
