The idea was pretty genius, no index involved in this effect, I guess its one of a kind and really direct approach to one card prediction method, if I use this system, I would love to take the prediction out from left pocket directly 😉😉😉

If I WAS Penn or teller this would be my hypothesis: Card is palmed and placed under the box (not inside). Then there's a false card in the box and another 'tool' that's helped to make the noise when it's shook. Let's see did I get fooled?

Idk why you need a false card AND a "tool". Either one will work. The gimmick is the deck. (2x 4D and every other)
