just dug one of these out of my closet and got some black and white film, im loving it so far but film price makes me probably not want to shoot film often

I feel you man! I bought 4 rolls of film last summer. I developed and scanned 2 of them, shot the third but left it undeveloped and the 4th I haven‘t even started yet because I don’t want to spend money on it. I think I‘ll just keep the camera and the film for when I start being overstimulated from the digital world again. Until then, just enjoying my digital cameras and I‘ve made a film-like preset for when I miss the aesthetics. ✌🏻

Hi, nice video! I’m looking a EOS 500, a Yashica 109 and a Trip 35. What camera suits better for a beginner?

Depending on your use case, I have both the eos and the trip 35 and they have two different feels. The eos with its autofocus feels like a bigger point and shoot while the trip 35 offers a more conventional "film" feeling with its manual focus and film winding and selenium light meter (check if the lightmeter works before buying). I love the shift away from autofocus cameras and enjoy the moment so I love the trip 35 more!

Hey there, ive just got this camera and tried to shut it off after the first shot. So I switched the left command dial to "L". But i wonderd why the LCD Panel still displays the number of remaining frames. Is this normal?😅

this plastic fantastic! does it feel sticky? - Once I had a Canon EOS 5, I think, and that was sticky, man.

After a while if you use the camera extensively that stickiness goes away. Trust me, my copy of a 5 is not only not sticky anymore, it misses a few buttons 😊
