Canon EOS R6 Hands-On Review // My Next Supercharged Vlogging Camera?

I am a enthusiast that does photos as well as videos for my KZbin channel. I already have the Canon M50 and I needed a second body and I wanted to upgrade to a fullframe camera that does full 4K/60. The R6 is a really great camera and with the Atomos Ninja V I have no recordlimit, better codecs, easy ssd workflow and no overheating. Sony might have better specs, but I love Canon's usability and handling!

We're of the same opinion! The color science and the dual pixel autofocus seals the deal for me. Having an external recorder and a DTap - dummy battery addresses the issues I raised anyway. It also makes for a great 2nd cam for when I get my hands on a C70!

Hey Miles, thanks for watching! Suprisingly I started out as a video editor and then worked my way up to be a TVC director. It was only in 2014 that I took up photography seriously. Knowing I was coming in a bit late in the game, I had to develop a solid portfolio-fast. I embedded with different NGOs so I can have more opportunities to shoot. This is always my top tip. Get a solid portfolio as fast as you can. Do it by tagging along with other photographers, joining photowalks, etc. Good luck!
