love that you're using the 11-inch and still making it look very easy to use. my biggest takeaway is that everything you worked on here reminded me of my old setup with an M1 11-inch Pro and older Magic Keyboard, and while i loved that form factor a lot, my MacBook feels like the more complete package. but i love how this video presents the iPad as a tool you use as opposed to a whole spec sheet analysis

Heh, I was also given an iPad Air 2 32 GB for my birthday at 19, but unfortunately a year ago its screen broke and I’m thinking of getting it repaired. Although it’s expensive, the nostalgia may be worth it haha I don’t recommend updating old Apple devices to new versions of iOS or iPadOS, they will lag a lot due to the small amount of RAM ;3 I had iPadOS 12 or 13.2 and my iPad was already having a hard time because of it haha

Life is short. New iPads are 6 years apart… plenty of time. Get the new one every time it comes out. Use the best tech available while you have the privilege to. U use it everyday right… use the best version of it.

Coming from a 16 inch MacBook. I love my 13 inch iPad! It’s powerful enough to do everything I need, I’m a general manager at a restaurant so I do a lot of office applications and it’s just so much easier to carry around. I love the fact I can get cellular on it so I can really take it where ever!😊

quality of the vid is perfection as always, i've got a 12.9 m2, but this is the most tempted i've been to upgrade, hadn't considered how nice it would be to have that OLED in an 11 with that keyboard setup. gonna try to stay strong and wait at least another generation or two to upgrade though

Your money, do whatever you want but try to stay super strong sir! You really don't need to upgrade. M2 will last a longgg time. I am still rocking my 2018 ( tempted to upgrade not going to lie but idk). Those with M1/M2 shouldn't upgrade until M6 or more. Again, up to you :)

Upgrade. New iPads come out every 6 YEARS. If you have the blessing to use the newest and best tech available, get it. You use it every day right? It’s worth it. Trust me. This 11’ ipad m4 with the Magic Keyboard doesn’t leave my side since i got it. I can’t stress how fucking amazing it is and how much it blows the other iPads out the water.

@@Okcoolll As a person who would do the same things as you with the iPad, I'll go with the M4 13 inch. Seen some videos and it is wonderful what this ipad is capable of doing with the new pro pencil, gaming in the iPad the 120 hz is very good and it could last up to 10 years without getting too 'obsolete'. Watching movies, the new retina xdr is much better than the previous screen quality. I've seen so many videos and the differences between the M4 and M2 are HUGE, mainly for entertainment. The accessories part as the keyboard and the pencil pro are different for each people, but apple pencil pro had a great gap comparing to the previous one.

I love my iPad, I even bought the Magic keyboard, can definitely replace my home PC except for gaming. I do not need a work PC so this is perfect. Can use it like a MacBook or detach it and read, type notes etc. Much more comfortable to take on trips than a MacBook

The device in general is possibly some of the best hardware apple have ever made, but it's really about time they gave it the software to keep up. I upgraded purely for the better display and I'm not disappointed but I'm hoping for a revamp to some critical areas like file management and a more malleable desktop mode to really make it my 'everything' computer

I have a 3rd gen iPad Pro and I’ve been wanting to upgrade since they moved over to Apple silicone. But it still wasn’t a big difference. The upgrade in base storage, the switch to Oled and better battery life was the push I was looking for. Gonna trade in my current one for the space black pretty soon, only thing I’m bummed about is I can’t use my current Apple Pencil or Magic Keyboard 😵‍💫

Honestly, if you deal with serious EXCEL spreadsheet, just switch to the damn PC, finish off your work, then stick with the iPad for: 1) Meeting 2) Open up excel to check for things (not the massive editing type) 3) Watch movie on the go 4) Play AAA games, even with controller 5) Watch KZbin 6) Use notes 7) Use Microsoft Project 8) Show off your iPad with a Magic Keyboard in an expensive coffee shop 9) Buy new expensive backpack to keep your iPad Pro M4 with a Magic Keyboard 10) Visit your relative house and bring out the iPad and Magic Keyboard act like you’re busy to check some emails but actually just to let them ask about “wow is that a Magic Keyboard?”

Nice! Give me Parallels with Windows 11 and it would be fantastic. A perfect Ipad tablet experience and a fantastic Windows experience.. all in one device. Although that new Surface Pro looks pretty compelling. I was just getting tired of loud fans.. overheating.. gimped performance on battery and poor battery life. This Ipad with parallels or the new surface pro with Snapdragon may do the trick
