Abbb Sir URC hai. Koi big bazaar thodi hai jo aapko maximum varieties milengi. Jo products listed hote ha wahi milega. Aur koi compulsion thodi hota hai ki yahi hai toh le lo nhi toh benefit nhi milega..... Koi bhi CSD beneficiary totally CSD pe dependent nhi hota hai. Jo idhar nhi mil rha woh bahaar se le lo.

Dost CSD mae woh bikta hai jo canteen offices aur after sales service ke name per company ne apna representative bheja hota hai un ke mital understanding. Koi branded saman nahi mangwate, jo jitna ghur dal gaya us ka saman demand ho jata hai. Bote hai ki demand automatically sale ke mutabik hota hai, Bhai aap sale counter saman hi woh layout karte hain jo demand karwana hai. Grocery aur liquor mae yeh hi hisaab hai.

First, canteen was not facilitated for marketing. It was to compassionate people for their daily needs. Every item not to be taken from canteen. During very earlier days, defence establishment was very far away from locality. Once family or self was required anything, only canteen was the only source for availability. Present days, cantonment is within the city areas. People should think as per the need of the hour. It's baseless topic.

CSD is a great facility for Army people. When we are posted in field/ remote areas, CSD is only life line. Choice of brands are for riches and not for Army men. However if u stay in a civilised world and connected with the internet, u have reasons to analysis such issues. Great efforts

Some mindsets take ages to move on, there is nothing such a thing as civil society & armed force, sane persons will refrain from glorifying armed forces & denigrating civil society, we also know that armed forces are manned by persons hailing from civil society & not by robots travails of human survival challenges be it in civil society or armed forces are equal in many cases, some civil society challenges are more than a match compared to military services, it should be remembered that after being discharged, the so called armed force personnel return to civil society, to stress politely, no one should try to draw a line between civil & military forces unwittingly, however tantalising it may seem! PS- I have enough close experiences with military services as a person to back my opinions. I also know what many lay person from a civil society urdertake to survive each day at a time.

It's just foolishness to buy products from csd, many items are printed with inflated price, The price of roti maker was rs1445. In csd, but i purchaged it from uttamnagar delhi market for just rs. 700. In gurgaon air force csd the printed price for priyagold snaker biscuit was rs. 10,sale price was rs. 8.,and it was available in market for rs. 5,print was also rs 5.

I've not taken it for 19 years. This is a waste of time, commanded attitude of officers on ESM. No return system of electronic items, unwanted checking at out gate by subordinate staff, rude behavior, queue system at canteen etc. This is not prestigious for ESM. No proper arrangement of sitting etc.
