Canton vs Federal Hill [Best Neighborhoods in Baltimore]

I currently reside in Vienna, VA and decided to explore Fells Point, Canton, and Federal Hill. I'm in my early 40s and Vienna is too slow for me. I will rent a nice condo off of Boston St. before buying. Canton is the more attractive area in my opinion but better nightlife in Fells Point if that's your thing.
