I really loved this video and the time you took to explain the step by step. Sometimes us beginners don’t pick up on the steps as quickly because we are just learning. Thank you for all of your other ones too. I watch all of them and learn so much. Love that you have three dogs, that shows so much about you as a person and that you love to help other with you physical therapy. Please keep it up because you are so helpful to us all.

Thank you so much for the kind words. I'm happy you find the content helpful. I try to share what I wish I had known when I started. As a single mom with an autistic son I am doing the best I can to get by, just like everyone else. Good luck with your POD journey.

Hi Kelly, really enjoyed all your informative tutorials. Thank so much. Can i ask how i can download embroidery fonts from creative fabrica to canva. Thanks again.
@therapydesigns6426 Жыл бұрын
I do have a video on how to download fonts from creative fabrica and upload to canva but you do need canva pro. From the canva home page you can select brand or brand kit and then go to fonts and click add new.

Fantastic vid as always! Are all designs that you have ever uploaded to Amazon Merch made by you or are you also outsourcing some design creation?
@therapydesigns6426 Жыл бұрын
All of my uploaded designs are self made. I have never outsourced anything.

That design was totally awesome. I love it. Do you use this design for shirts and if so how do they turn out? Just wondering because of the details involved. ❤
@therapydesigns6426 Жыл бұрын
Yes I used this for shirts and other products. I have a video showing how different design styles really look when they print. I go over photos in it but basically it looks good but not as crisp or contrasted as on the screen.

@@therapydesigns6426 I will look that up. Thank you. 😊

Thank you Kelly for your awesome videos. When I was first creating designs I really favored your channel because you go step by step on how to do things and I'd have never learned how to do the clipping masks if it weren't for you and those can be quite helpful. One comment I had was on cropping but it looks like someone else already asked and got the answer so now I know the steps to do that :) Do you have a video on how to do the layering say a background or something on say Letters for a design? so say it said merry and bright and you wanted to I don't know put a santa background on say "Merry"? :D Anyways, thank you for always walking us step by step, its sincerely one of my favorite channels and I love how calm and relaxing it is to watch your channel :D

You can use clipping masks to put any graphic or photo into words using the same technique I just showed. Check out the POD design tutorial playlist on my channel. I have 142 videos on there.

Awesome video! Thanks so much. Quick question - was there a specific reason you were looking for a rainbow without a grunge effect if you were just going to put a mask over it? Thanks!
@therapydesigns6426 Жыл бұрын
yes, the grunge effect would have created a grunge frame and would have had the grunge look when the clipping mask was placed. I needed the frame to be solid.

Hi Kelly, do you have a suggestion on the dpi of Canva outputs or it doesn't really matter? I read on Amazon Merch best practices that DPI should be 300, though Canva outputs 96 DPI (going by your suggested 4500 by 5400 dimension).
@therapydesigns6426 Жыл бұрын
I have never had an issue with those dimensions but you can always increase size by moving the scale from 1 to 1.5 or even 2 when you download. I only do that when I am printing on something large like a blanket.
@imfasihahmad Жыл бұрын
@@therapydesigns6426 Thanks Kelly, so on Amazon Merch where the emphasis is on shirts (and not something large like blanket as you say), you suggest going with the usual 4500 by 5400 dimensions and 96 DPI?
@therapydesigns6426 Жыл бұрын
Yes, That is what I use. Anything bigger and it is more than 25MB and can not be uploaded to Amazon Merch. See Amazons suggestions below. Artwork should be: PNG format As large as possible (dimensions of 4500 pixels or more will give you the most flexibility) RGB color, 8 bits/channel Less than 25 MB@@imfasihahmad

I couldn't get the crop to come up lol
@therapydesigns6426 Жыл бұрын
Not all graphics will crop. You may have to select a different graphic. Double click on it and if it crops the corners should show up white.
