Wow, the interface is so counter-intuitive (of course, being Canvas), that the Lock until setting for the first module has nothing to do with the Requirements settings. Thank you for the explanation

Ok, so my canvas was locked on 11:59pm dec. 5... I tried to be big brain and rewind the time. And it didn't work, I tried doing the developer thingy on chrome and didn't work, again.. So, please do a video tutorial on how to unlock a locked quiz submit please!! 😢🙏
