@@durianriders While disc brakes are the newest gadget on the market, classic rim brakes on road bikes still have a lot of advantages: Rim brakes are frequently up to a pound less than disc brakes. Aerodynamically, rim brakes are superior to disc brakes. Rim brakes are less difficult to fix.

I would have preferred the white blue combination as the current one looks a bit stale. I was also worried that the mechanic would break the handlebar or seat post while assembling the bike :))) would be great if canyon provided some news on what they have done to fix the previous problems

Was one of the happy customers who got a new Aeroad last autumn. Since then this bike turned into a nightmare. All the problems regarding the seatpost or bars aside - my frame broke and Canyon is just not responding to my mails. When they respond, it’s a copy and paste text with mistakes. This just can’t be how to handle customers which paid that much for a bike.
