Saw u had a vid on removing stitches from cropped ears I waited a little to long to let them heal and they are now no longer visible

Not good. You will have to go to the vet to have them removed. As she grows they will cut into her ear and cause lots of pain not to mention possible infection. They vet will put her to sleep for a bit and make small cuts to fish them out. They won't guarantee a full removal but it's worth a shot in my opinion. It's usually 9-10 days till stitches need to be removed.
