Can i get details on how to reach this clinic in Thailand ? I would appreciate some more videos from you on TSW!
@TSW.healing Жыл бұрын
Yes, please send me a message on my Instagram account: instagram.com/tsw.topical.steroid.withdrawal/ You can find the link to the Instagram (and my Facebook account) in the description of this video as well) I'll give you the email address and what info you need to include in your email to the clinic. And since I'm back home again, normal life is going on (work, work and all the rest ;) haha, but I will try to make more videos, it's just very very time consuming. But you can also already find some more info on TSW on the Instagram page. (I was interviewed by a women called Kiri and I could explain a lot about the science behind TSW during the interview. It's on the Instagram channel).

Has your skin recovered and if so to what percent ?

I have my life back :) I have had treatment in Thailand for 4 months. I'm having maintenance sessions once per month at the UK clinic (which I have to do 8 times or so). Then my treatment plan is finished and TSW is over. After that I might have some eczema, but that is nothing compared to the TSW that I had. And I have learned so much about triggers during my TSW healing journey, that I'm really positive that I will be able to avoid those triggers and have minor eczema or non at all :) If you like to see my results and that of others, you can go to the Instagram channel: instagram.com/tsw.topical.steroid.withdrawal/ There are now quite a few people posting their results on Instagram as well. :)

How did you get such a long extension in thailand ? Isnt the visa only for just 30 - 45 days ???
@TSW.healing Жыл бұрын
You can extend your visa in Thailand for another 30 days. After that you will have to do a visa-run (cross the border to a neighboring country and then come back, you can do that in one day). Then you will have another 30 days, which you can extend again in Thailand. It's a bit of a process, but quite doable and after the first 3 months of the treatment have passed, your skin is usually already good enough to travel. :)

Hey there....How can I get this serum in India?? Thank you
@TSW.healing7 ай бұрын
Hi, as far as I know the serum is not available in India yet. I guess you could order it in Thailand at the clinic and they can ship it to you, but you would have to check if the customs in India let it through.

May I know which serum you could be suggesting to use under TSW?
@TSW.healing Жыл бұрын
CJ Serum is safe to use on TSW skin and helps to improve the healing rate. You'll have to use it on a clean skin, so first wash with a very gentle soap (such as physiogel daily moisture therapy) or clean with saline solution and then apply the serum. The serum can increase the skin cell proliferation rate and cause more flaking. Which in that case is a good sign (flaking on TSW skin is a sign of healing, 3rd phase of wound healing as explained in the video on Phases of wound healing). All the best!

How’s your skin now ?
@TSW.healing7 ай бұрын
Very good, best skin I can remember having, not even any eczema spots. I learned a lot about triggers, allergens and irritants during my CAP treatment, so maybe this is also helpful for avoiding eczema triggers. I'm much more aware of what products I'm using (not only on the skin, but also around the house), I'm much more conscious of triggers like not enough sleep or stress or alcohol use (I don't drink at all) and some personal food triggers I have. All in all, my skin is doing really good and most people even think I'm younger than my actual age, haha, who would have thought after looking like a granny during TSW. :)
