Massive MASSIVE missed opportunity. You have a game where the Marvel universe crosses over with the Capcom universe, and from the Marvel side there's these six gems that allow characters to power up in-game - gee, I wonder if there's something in the Capcom universe that follows a similar concept. The infinity gems and power stones could've been a fusion of counterparts. Power Stone really is the most neglected franchise.

I find the best strategy with Wangtang in power mode is to use three lots of the little fireballs (punch button) one straight after the other and then another three when the opponent gets up. Then Just before they get up again get a little bit of space from them and jump in the air and activate the big super fireball move (L button) so that it comes down on the opponent and is harder to avoid.

@bruhofabacon28533 жыл бұрын
Power Stone was a good 26 episode anime. It makes you look at the characters different and like some more than others. The story is simple, but has good moments. It’s got a vibe that makes you feel like a kid again and makes me you want to watch more. If you pay attention to the things the cast says and does you’ll laugh. The show tries to take itself more serious than what it puts out. It’s honestly hilarious seeing how the show is structured by its storyboard. Even the dub is pretty much a gem of its own. The style is great, episodes have satisfying conclusions, and the ending has a pretty epic final attack. But in all honestly, it’s a show directed towards a younger audience, so you’ll find yourself wanting to be hype for an event that wasn’t paced right. The ending was amazing, but it could’ve been more impactful with more meaningful dialogue and frames that show expression of emotions. You will most definitely be pissed off seeing some characters at first, but you grow to like all them coming close to the end. The universe is fascinating and I highly recommend getting into it. As for Power Stone 2, kinda glad there was no adaptation because I just don’t see the passion or original vision they had in it. So please, check it out. I just finished it today

I re purchased power stone 1 and 2 for Dreamcast for Christmas. It’s such a great game such a great world. The setting has so much room for story and imagination. The characters are excellent I honestly love the whole cast. I prefer the first game 1 on 1 fighting but I appreciate the party aspect of the 2nd game. I can see so many off shoots and side quests for all of them. Ryoma the wandering samurai doing samurai stuff. Falcon flying his plane panzer dragoon style going place to place. Ayane doing cool ninja girl stuff with her clan on some Naruto stuff. Wangtang leaving his temple and going on his own adventures spreading martial arts like Bruce Lee. Gun rock the hulking leader of the gun rock gang traveling across the outskirts like mad gear (idk why I’ve always seen him as kinda a bad guy lol) Rouge could be a fortune teller mystic like Rose in street fighter. Jack a sadistic bank robber on the run from the law. Galuda fighting to keep his tribe afloat in a drought like Nam in the dragonball anime. Kraken the pirate a threat to all that travel the sea. Valgas a power hungry noble on a hunt for more through the stones. The mechanics are perfect for a action adventure beat em up style game. A lot of different characters and settings it seems like that was a plan and changed. Capcom has done such a disservice to the franchise. The only time I can remember seeing any of these characters anywhere else Is CVS2 Nairobi stage you can see Falcon cheering a race. That’s it no guest appearances in any fightings games not canon spike not capcom fighting jam not even MVC or TVC where they could have really shined. No HD ports only psp I really don’t know why they hate power stone so much it made them a whole lot of money on Dreamcast.
