You mean the parry when the blue spark pops out? That is "EX Groove", which means that I am using a custom\made (in-game) Groove, with custom skills and power bar from the deault ones. You have to choose P-Groove and press forward the moment you are attacked and you are in jump or standing state, or down if the attack is low.
