Cape Cod Canal: How to fish a PENCIL POPPER!!! Catching schoolie STRIPED BASS!!!

I never caught a fish on a pencil popper. To be fair I haven't tried much. Thanks for the tips I'll give them a shot for sure .

Talking about the Weatherman being wrong... Again..? I remember listening to a Weatherlady when she said "Tomorrow morning it will be overcast and remain that way all day... So I loaded up my Decoys and went Goose Hunting in a field the next morning. I used over a hundred Silhouette Decoys and they take quite a while to put out. Especially when I'm by myself... As soon as I get them set, I laid down in my Layout Blind, poured a cup of Coffee and watched as it got light every single cloud DISSAPEAR into the distance and I there I was in bright sunlight not a cloud in the g.d. sky.... Every group of Geese that came my way TOOK A WIDE PATH AROUND ME because they could see me perfectly. I'll cuss Trish Brown for that day until I die... I enjoyed your video. Quite entertaining and educational too.

Sorry took so long to reply.They are only around the cape from mid spring,to late fall.May through June is usually best bet.Good luck to you and your son🎣

Hi friend, I would like to ask you where did you record this video? i was once on cape cod canal, but the border were a lot of big stones, it was difficult and dangerous to go down to the border, it seems to me that this place you were has less stones on the border, where exactly is this part? Depends on the tides,end of the incoming,and start of the outgoing is usually most productive,no matter where you fish.
