5. Continued Public Hearing/Potential Vote, Evergreen Circle Pickleball Development of Regional Impact: The Cape Cod Commission will hold a continued virtual public hearing to consider the following Development of Regional Impact (DRI) request pursuant to Sections 12 and 13 of the Cape Cod Commission Act. At this hearing, the Commission will discuss the following project and may vote whether to adopt a draft decision and approve the proposed project.
• Project: Evergreen Circle Pickleball (CCC File No: 24023)
• Project Applicant: William Russell
• Property Owner: Evergreen Energy, LLC
• Project Location: 51 Evergreen Circle, Mashpee, MA 02649
• Map/Parcel: 19-10-8
• Project Description: The Applicant proposes construction of a 37,000 square foot building on a 3.6 acre parcel of land which will house a restaurant/tavern (2,500 square feet) and 10 indoor pickleball courts, 6 indoor golf simulation bays, locker rooms and general common areas encompassing 34,500 square feet with 91 onsite parking spaces.
6. At this hearing, the Commission will discuss the following project and may vote whether to adopt a draft decision and approve the proposed project.

• Project Applicant: Tower North Development
• Property Owner: WVB, LLC
• Project Location: 1185 Long Pond Road, Brewster, MA 02631
• Map/Parcel: Map 85, Parcel 110
• Project Description: The applicant is proposing a 125 Ft +/- tall Wireless Communications Tower and associated equipment compound and site improvements on a portion of the property.
