That's a big event. Mass Coastal Railroad thought for everything. They even invited MBTA #1129, the newest heritage unit to the festivities

It certainly was short-sighted to abandon and remove the line to Provincetown. Given how Cape traffic can only worsen with population increases, the railroad would have just become more and more valuable with time.
