Hey mark thanks for watching! We have 2 inch bilstein shocks front and rear and had dobinson springs to suit. I would also recommend outback armour springs and shocks I drove a Colorado that had them are really liked it!

haha he loved it, it should had been an easy drive but the leg of the caravan got caught on a root which made us bog down. We got out the next day no issue at all. Was well worth it tho beautiful spot! Thanks for watching mate

samuel scari thanks for watching mate! We had 265/65/18 if I had my time again I would go 275 or 285. A lot say 285s will scrub but I have seen people run them no worries. Touch bigger tyres Definately would of helped!

@@Sam-gh9zk definitely mate we did blue mountains watagans all of cape and it was awesome! If you watch episode 4 we end of flooding the poor thing. If I had my time again I would fit a locker and bigger tyres and I think we would of walked straight out of it. we got 55 thousand km out of it tho with heaps of towing and it impressed us would definitely buy again!

hey mate thanks heaps for watching and congrats on the collie! We had a 2 inch all round lift with bilstein shocks and Robinson springs. 265/65/18 big km2 tyres, Idrive, Tjm snorkel, arb summit bar, X-ray vision lights, gme whip, runva winch, and just a second battery and fridge slide in the Rear that's about it. No lockers mate if I was to buy another one I would definitely throw one in. Not sure if you watched the rest of the episodes haha but we get stuck in water if I had a diff lock I would of drove straight out. They are good cars mate!

G’day, just wanted to add in a couple of question about engine tuning, exhaust and the second battery placement. Have you had any work done on the engine tuning or exhaust upgrades since making this video? If so hows it all running? And last one is just regarding your second battery, where abouts did you end up installing it? Not much room under the hood. Very inspiring episode mate! We have a 2017 LTZ and have just added a 19ft Billabong off roader into the mix. Cheers

@@daleprice131 Hey mate! We no longer have the Colorado if you watch some of our newer episodes we have a Y62 patrol now mate. We had no engine work at all to the Colorado. We just had a battery box in the rear for the second battery mate worked a treat. You can do it under the hood but is expensive. Cheers mate!

Spot on mate we didn’t go into any of them places you mentioned with the dog.To go to fruitbat falls and Elliot falls etc our dog stays in the caravan back at camp for an hour or so with the fan on while we go explore the area! All the telegraph track and up at the tip and all the caravan parks are dog friendly it’s awesome. Highly recommend if you have a well trained dog taking them on your adventure. Thanks for your concern mate
