How did you know that you are directly selected for HR...?! Is it because the interviewer asked only HR questions ...or do u know even before the interview in the form of a mail or something...that you are directly selected for HR without TR round ...

I received my LOI on 20 and uploaded the documents on 21 .My superset status is showing accepted.But till now I haven't received any updates after that.Is it sure that I will receive OL . Because it's been 9 days..And there are persons who gets their OL in 2-3days.
