Few true and dark facts about Capgemini(which I faced till now):- If you are a girl then you definitely get your joining within 6 months of receiving LOI(letter of intent). But if you are a boy then forget this company. Even me and my adapt (training provided by Capgemini after selection) batchmates didn't get joining it's like about two year all are in waiting list after receiving LOI, so if u are a boy don't apply for this company try somewhere else. If you are ready to wait for 2 or more years then you can apply for it. So as per my perspective it is the worst company to giving joining to selected candidates.

But in my case , technical round was like hr round, no technical based questions was asked?I dont know if it is an advnatage or disadvantage for me, becs for other students of my class who got selected for interview have got some of the technical questions

Bad company from onboarding perspective... Gave loi then giving priority to girls only in onboarding... No updates or communication regarding onboarding.. whenever you ask they say only one thing "business requirements".
