Based on my 14 years of experience in the IT sector, I've observed a strong emphasis on 45-hour workweeks with two days off. This culture, however, attracts many people to IT regardless of their field of study, primarily due to the financial pressures faced by the middle class. As a result, we neglect development in other sectors. To address this imbalance, the government should consider establishing minimum wage and annual raise regulations across all fields. This will not only ensure fair compensation but also encourage more balanced growth across the Indian economy.

A. Job recruitment channels are changing, 30% to 50% jobs are filled through refferrals. 1. Make sure to restart the conversation with previous company colleagues. 2. Connect with people whom you have studied with. 3. Help people who are looking for a job, you will get help when you need it. B. Tech Stack is changing. 1. Don't live in a bubble, having a feeling your skills are relevant to the market. 2. Stay active in the market to know the in demand market skills. C. Reduce the dependency on the current income. 1. Accumulate a 6 month of emergency fund. 2. Have a secondary income source. Start small. D. Maintaining strong personal relationships. 1. Family is more important than anything income.

Hi Pavan You have mentioned 100 % facts, but in reality no friend neither relative or close friend of school etc will never ever help for referral even when it brings referral bonus to them, in fact a person unknown in social media will definitely help for referral but a close friend or colleague or even relative would never do, the point is human ego nowadays is no more loyal ethical supportive rather its a showcase world where people pretend to bluff and showcase as if they are helping but in reality its a big betrayal. Fact is IT is full of drama where 90% people are supporting others in exchange of money, favourism etc for referral and the entire system is in trap of this dirty shit. Only 10 % are genuine and ethical. The day its scrutinized from 360 degree things will change.

I've observed a concerning trend in company referrals, where location seems to play a role. My roommate, who works in a top electric bike IT company in Bangalore, faced discrimination because he's South Indian. Many other South Indian colleagues also left due to similar experiences. During HR discussions, this issue was raised, but the company, being located in Bangalore, downplayed its significance. This regional bias hinders national unity. We need to foster a truly pan-Indian identity that transcends regional differences.

And what do you think or do the experienced programmers from your team think in general? It is now observed that the IT industry market is overcrowded and the privileges of manufacturers, so to speak, are not exactly wow (maybe the IT bubble has burst? 🤔). It's just that before, companies fought for every employee, and now, on the contrary, the employees of the structure are already reducing their former appetite 😅 . (But still, it is more difficult to work with your head than with your hands (physically)). What do you think will happen in the near future with the trend when specialists will be really valuable? My personal opinion 😅 I think that before, yes, IT specialists were really needed and they were paid normally, but because of this, everyone started to flock, because this niche has become so common to say at the moment. I hope that the situation will change for the better, because the bubble has burst and it's high time to start forming new bubbles 😅? Like this cycle. In which one niche becomes hyped because everyone is flocking to it, it settles down (becomes ordinary), but then takes off again after some time I would like to hear the opinions of such developers
