9:00 I don't understand, the police were called by the neighbor who said he heard screams for help from a woman who neighbors him and that he could hear a choking sound. From what they say, the police were there 20 minutes later, and what did they do? Because she didn't show up for a lunch date with her brother he went to look for her and found her dead in her bedroom. So, WTF did the police do when they arrived there that night after hearing the stress call, reporting a possible murder???

Life in prison without parole is fair for 2 or more murders or terrorism. For 1 murder life with parole after 30 years commuted should be the maximum punishment.

Because it probably deters more people that aren’t on death row. You can’t determine that number because it’s decided upon by opinion. Those people on death row gave up on life and were prepared for their fate.

@@kirstenwright1974you have no idea what’s it’s like to be in prison then. After a while it becomes your life and you eventually find ways to make the best of it and enjoy it. Trust me there’s plenty of killers in there hanging out with their friends and having a good time on the yard and cooking up a feast every night. Adaptation is key, and they adapt quickly and become ok with it. Death scares most of them
