Well presented and informative. One crucial missing point - CLI has mandate for daily share buy-back. Lately, they’ve been “supporting” their share price. Cumulative no. of shares purchased to-date is 35,390,300 representing 0.69% of the company’s issued shares.

Good one. Compared to someone who gave a very negative view, citing CLI is a residential property developer in China. Capitaland Development, the property developer arm, was taken private in 2021, and investors were given about $1.20 of capital return + CICT shares.
